Ulysse Reis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustave Santucci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Clement Moine kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Romuald Degouy struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Marin Saison didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brétigny. Salim Gendron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marin Saison having to interfere. A collision led to Champvallins getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Valentin Cordonnier hit a great ball. Champvallins's Marin Saison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romuald Degouy in the 25th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Salim Gendron put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Marin Saison. In the 34th minute Romuald Degouy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marin Saison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute Brétigny were awarded a corner. Romain Fourmy went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 39th minute of the match Brétigny got a corner. Champvallins's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Romain Fourmy ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Brétigny's Romain Fourmy to fire away a dangerous shot which Marin Saison despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Dilan Ginola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Ulysse Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 48 minutes of play, Champvallins's Gustave Santucci made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ulysse Reis was left in no man's land by his defense there! After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The crowd rose to their feet as Salim Gendron kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marin Saison. That made the score 1-2 in the 55 minute of play. When Maël Anglès fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Champvallins's protests and gave Maël Anglès a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Brétigny booed when Champvallins was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maël Anglès didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Dilan Ginola had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ulysse Reis. Brétigny's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dilan Ginola was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Dilan Ginola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulysse Reis having to interfere. After having played for 74 minutes, Dilan Ginola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Champvallins's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dilan Ginola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ulysse Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustave Santucci in the 75th minute of play. Ulysse Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustave Santucci, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute, Dilan Ginola got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Champvallins getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Cyrille Larsonneur hit a great ball. Dilan Ginola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ulysse Reis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dilan Ginola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustave Santucci took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ulysse Reis. Ulysse Reis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2.
