The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cyril Le Boulch showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernest Oudin in the 20th minute of play forced Yvrac's goalkeeper Cyril Le Boulch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Excenevex booed when Yvrac was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Redouane Bouygues didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th match minute, Excenevex was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kylian Beaucourt to maneuver through the defense. Yvrac's Aurelien Soria couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 31st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Excenevex. Johan Alphonse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maël Damien having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Johan Alphonse in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maël Damien prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ernest Oudin struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Cyril Le Boulch didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Excenevex. Cyril Le Boulch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernest Oudin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 49th minute Excenevex were awarded a corner. Bart Adrien went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Excenevex's Bart Adrien to fire away a dangerous shot which Cyril Le Boulch despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ernest Oudin made a kick off. In the 62nd minute of the game, Johan Alphonse landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Samy Moussy charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samy Moussy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Excenevex's zone, Gaetan Plancke stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maël Damien came out of the goal and Gaetan Plancke tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Excenevex getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Bart Adrien hit a great ball. Ernest Oudin might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cyril Le Boulch. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ernest Oudin ran back to his position shaking his head. If Ernest Oudin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ernest Oudin took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cyril Le Boulch. Cyril Le Boulch dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Cyril Le Boulch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernest Oudin in the 84th minute of the match. Gaetan Plancke kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Ernest Oudin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Cyril Le Boulch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Excenevex's Dominique Karembeu suffered a sore thigh after 87 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 87 minutes, Redouane Bouygues mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yvrac and the Excenevex players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Yvrac getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Redouane Bouygues hit a great ball. Youssef Bodard kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Bixente Chaulet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maël Damien having to interfere. Gaetan Plancke succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 95th playminute.
