Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Bruno Senez made the kick off which started today's match. Elange's Ali Buquet got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Elange's zone, Bruno Senez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alix Derville came out of the goal and Bruno Senez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elange's Alix Derville played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Senez in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute, one of Eaubonne:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Eaubonne. After 15 played minutes Eaubonne got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Michel Haye. Steve Roze recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Lorenzo Moalic managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elange's supporters rose to their feet, but Lorenzo Moalic was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joey Deutsch breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ali Buquet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joey Deutsch having to make a save. After 27 played minutes Elange got a freekick which was hit by Ali Buquet. After having played for 28 minutes, Pierre-Olivier Zielinski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eaubonne's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pierre-Olivier Zielinski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alix Derville stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bruno Senez's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alix Derville, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Bruno Senez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alix Derville having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lorenzo Moalic to strike the kick off in the second half. If Pierre-Olivier Zielinski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 56 minutes into the match, Pierre-Olivier Zielinski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alix Derville. Elange's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pierre-Olivier Zielinski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Joey Deutsch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorenzo Moalic in the 60th minute of the match. Ali Buquet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pierre-Olivier Zielinski struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Alix Derville didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eaubonne. When Philippe Delobel fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Elange's protests and gave Philippe Delobel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th minute, Philippe Delobel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ali Buquet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Joey Deutsch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Eaubonne's goalkeeper Joey Deutsch had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ali Buquet. Philippe Delobel got his second yellow card in the match during the 82nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Alix Derville showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Senez, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute.
