Jules Bienaime who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 3rdth minute tested the skills of Walter Bebin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Johan Menu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maxence Villaret, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Mirail booed when Beutre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmond Sanson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulysse Labarriere fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Bebin having to interfere. Walter Bebin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jules Bienaime in the 11th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Beutre's goalkeeper Walter Bebin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dorian Herment. Johan Menu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maxence Villaret, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Maxence Villaret had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Johan Menu. Mirail's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maxence Villaret was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Maxence Villaret took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Johan Menu. Johan Menu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Beutre's goalkeeper Walter Bebin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Johan Menu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maxence Villaret went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Johan Menu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maxence Villaret in the 40th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maxence Villaret made a kick off. When Maxence Villaret came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Beutre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maxence Villaret couldn't finish the play. Beutre's Eymeric Bianco got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jules Bienaime in the 62nd minute of play forced Beutre's goalkeeper Walter Bebin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 71 played minutes Beutre got a freekick which was hit by Faustin Decombe. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by Beutre's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ethan Collard was slow to take the kick. During this time Mirail's players had a chance to rest. Walter Bebin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorian Herment in the 78th minute of play. In the 84th minute, Ulysse Labarriere got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Eddy Marty fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Beutre's protests and gave Eddy Marty a yellow card for diving instead. Eddy Marty kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Jules Bienaime got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Beutre's zone, Dorian Herment stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walter Bebin came out of the goal and Dorian Herment tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Beutre's Faustin Decombe got his second yellow card of the match in the 88th minute. The referee ordered Faustin Decombe off the ground. Jules Bienaime fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Bebin having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jules Bienaime in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walter Bebin saved Beutre from getting behind. Beutre's Eymeric Bianco got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Beutre had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
