After 4 played minutes Villebon got a freekick which was hit by Clem Grandsire. In the 8th minute Sam Giacometti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pierre-Olivier Brahimi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Raymond charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gabriel Raymond the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 10th match minute, Villebon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Raymond to maneuver through the defense. Creteil's Joffrey Petot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ben Paillot in the 12th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Gabriel Raymond hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sam Giacometti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Pierre-Olivier Brahimi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Jean Carbon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Villebon's supporters rose to their feet, but Jean Carbon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joffrey Petot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 27th minute, Creteil's Clement Fercoq dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Renan Bore might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joffrey Petot. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Renan Bore ran back to his position shaking his head. Mehdi Lajoie charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mehdi Lajoie the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Creteil's Mehdi Lajoie got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute Jean Carbon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joffrey Petot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Renan Bore's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joffrey Petot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Mehdi Lajoie hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Villebon's Ludovic Thuillier couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 44th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Creteil. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean Carbon in the 46th minute of play forced Creteil's goalkeeper Joffrey Petot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

52 minutes into the match, Creteil's goalkeeper Joffrey Petot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jean Carbon. 53 minutes into the game, Villebon's Ben Paillot nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joffrey Petot made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Villebon's zone, Clement Fercoq stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pierre-Olivier Brahimi came out of the goal and Clement Fercoq tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 64 minutes, Stephane Beaujean managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Creteil's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stephane Beaujean was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Creteil's Joffrey Petot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Creteil from getting a goal against them. After having played for 74 minutes, Jean Carbon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villebon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jean Carbon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ben Paillot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joffrey Petot having to interfere. In the 79th match minute, Villebon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludovic Thuillier to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christopher Palau during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Creteil booed when Villebon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christopher Palau didn't get a good kick on the ball. Clement Fercoq took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pierre-Olivier Brahimi. Pierre-Olivier Brahimi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. The Creteil players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
