Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Châteauvallon's Quentin Dewez started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Quentin Dewez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Philibert Guglielmi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Châteauvallon's Quentin Dewez in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Quincieux's goalie prevented a goal. Jolan Sire was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 13th minute. Quincieux's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Sébastien Cauvin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jolan Sire in the 18th minute of play. Émile Colombel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Sébastien Cauvin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 24 minutes, Émile Colombel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quincieux and the Châteauvallon players grew even worse after the yellow card. Émile Colombel kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Émile Colombel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 28th match minute, Quincieux was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Just Busquet to maneuver through the defense. If Yoann Leboulanger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Philibert Guglielmi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quentin Dewez in the 37th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Quincieux's Sébastien Cauvin threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jolan Sire, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Quentin Dewez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Yoann Leboulanger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jolan Sire made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Châteauvallon's Jacques Garrec got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 58th minute, one of Quincieux:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Quincieux. Philibert Guglielmi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quentin Dewez, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. When Yoann Leboulanger fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Châteauvallon's protests and gave Yoann Leboulanger a yellow card for diving instead. Yoann Leboulanger hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Donatien Ponsard, 67 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Quentin Dewez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Philippe Delbecq succeeded in the game's 79th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Philibert Guglielmi was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Quentin Dewez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Quentin Dewez really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. After a rather tough play, Châteauvallon's Stanislas Jezequel got a free kick in the 95th minute. Châteauvallon's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
