Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Silvange's Francois-Xavier Arab started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hector Bottin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 6 minutes, Remi Labrune mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Silvange and the Lossy players grew even worse after the yellow card. Remi Labrune kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Hector Bottin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Emile Chiron managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lossy's supporters rose to their feet, but Emile Chiron was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gilles Deborde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gilles Deborde was a little too slow when Valentin Caillat got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 1-0. Francois-Xavier Arab received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Constantin Veyrat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Francois-Xavier Arab got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 28th minute of the match Dominique Conil shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Constantin Veyrat showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Constantin Veyrat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francois-Xavier Arab in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Emile Chiron got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lossy's Constantin Veyrat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francois-Xavier Arab in the 38th minute of play. Francois-Xavier Arab received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Constantin Veyrat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valentin Caillat to make the kick off. If Emile Chiron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Valentin Caillat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gilles Deborde was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. When Melvin Jordan fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Silvange's protests and gave Melvin Jordan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th match minute, Silvange was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melvin Jordan to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute, Emile Chiron got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Melvin Jordan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Constantin Veyrat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Silvange booed when Lossy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raphael Geoffroy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dominique Conil, 76 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Emile Chiron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Gilles Deborde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hector Bottin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Maximilien Boutte came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Silvange fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximilien Boutte couldn't finish the play. Valentin Caillat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Gilles Deborde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Lossy support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
