If Lucien Riquet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 5th match minute, Theix was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henri Jasmin to maneuver through the defense. Eden Lampin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Corentin Junique having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eden Lampin in the 10th minute of play forced Theix's goalkeeper Corentin Junique to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mike Noury during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Theix's Raphael Oberle managed to work through Dechy's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal.
