After a rather tough play, Baillé's Pierre-Louis Mouraud got a free kick in the 2nd minute. 3 minutes into the match, Baillé's goal looked a bit too open when Djimmy Thouvenin came free, but Karl Anstett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Djimmy Thouvenin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Anstett having to interfere. Herbert Sinquin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl Anstett read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Baillé's goal looked a bit too open when Djimmy Thouvenin came free, but Karl Anstett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herbert Sinquin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ernest Galindo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christopher Gavoille having to interfere. Côme Calais sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 23 minutes into the match, Baillé's goal looked a bit too open when Djimmy Thouvenin came free, but Karl Anstett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herbert Sinquin scored 1-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karl Anstett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Ernest Galindo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Baillé's supporters rose to their feet, but Ernest Galindo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christopher Gavoille breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 39th minute, Ernest Galindo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After having played for 40 minutes, Herbert Sinquin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Meynac's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herbert Sinquin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Ernest Galindo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christopher Gavoille was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. In the 45th minute, Djimmy Thouvenin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Côme Calais might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christopher Gavoille. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Côme Calais ran back to his position shaking his head. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ernest Galindo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58thth minute of the game Herbert Sinquin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Baillé's Karl Anstett was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ernest Galindo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christopher Gavoille having to interfere. Herbert Sinquin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Herbert Sinquin struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Karl Anstett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Meynac. In the 67th minute Yann James shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christopher Gavoille saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Baillé booed when Meynac was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pierrick Lhotellier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl Anstett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Sinquin, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Côme Calais received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Christopher Gavoille tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th match minute, Meynac was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armand Doisy to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute, Manuel Fallet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Côme Calais came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Baillé fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Côme Calais couldn't finish the play. 89 minutes into the match, Meynac's goal looked a bit too open when Ernest Galindo came free, but Christopher Gavoille reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 93 played minutes Meynac got a freekick which was hit by Felicien Alfred. In the 98th minute, Côme Calais got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
