Fred Boisseau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Patxi Rosse made a huge save. After some careless play in the Frontignan defense, Maximilien Millot kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ludovic Garcia. The Frontignan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ludovic Garcia should have stopped the shot. With an all-out effort, Frontignan's Patxi Rosse threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Maximilien Sauvaire, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 17th minute, Youssef Descarpentries hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fred Boisseau who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Patxi Rosse when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Fred Boisseaus short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Patxi Rosse to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fred Boisseau struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Patxi Rosse didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Frontignan. Patxi Rosse made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Fred Boisseau sent off a good shot on target. Maximilien Sauvaire received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Patxi Rosse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maximilien Sauvaire fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patxi Rosse having to interfere. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

Patxi Rosse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximilien Sauvaire in the 54th minute of the match. With a little luck, Frontignan's Ludovic Garcia got control of the ball when Maximilien Millot tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 63rd minute Donovan Rapp suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. In the 64th match minute, Frontignan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean-François Perruchot to maneuver through the defense. Frontignan's Ludovic Garcia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Frontignan from getting a goal against them. If Maximilien Sauvaire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ludovic Garcia was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Rayan Valour. When Maximilien Millot came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Perenchies fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximilien Millot couldn't finish the play. When Moussa Lamare fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Frontignan's protests and gave Moussa Lamare a yellow card for diving instead. After 96 played minutes Frontignan got a freekick which was hit by Moussa Lamare. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Perenchies walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
