Alexis Baron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Deveaux in the 27th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Franklin Cognet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romain Schroeder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salomon Le Rest in the 34th minute of the match. If Florent Barbat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gaston Deveaux to make the kick off. When Salomon Le Rest came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Sailly fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Salomon Le Rest couldn't finish the play. After 55 played minutes Hoymille got a freekick which was hit by Hervé Moreira. A collision led to Hoymille getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Hervé Moreira hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Sailly's Harry Dreux got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Alexis Baron stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mickaël Mathon's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Hoymille's Romain Schroeder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Hoymille from getting a goal against them. After 68 played minutes Sailly got a freekick which was hit by Steve Schwob. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Aimé Le Port managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hoymille's supporters rose to their feet, but Aimé Le Port was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexis Baron breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Gaston Deveaux had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Mickaël Mathon made a precise shot to the right of Alexis Baron. Sailly's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Gaston Deveaux sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Hoymille had won after a very even match.
