In the 6th minute, Erwann Escudero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jean-Christophe Loy's late challenge caught a Holtzheim's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jean-Christophe Loy helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th minute, one of Houdemont:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Houdemont. Houdemont:s Émile Wiss showed great skill when he stopped Alex Poinsot:s penalty. Gaetan Basson came free with the goalkeeper in the 16th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Émile Wiss could save by the left post. Hocine Renoux hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Alex Poinsot, 19 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Paulo Adrien charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulo Adrien the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Holtzheim getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Paulo Adrien hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaetan Basson got free with Émile Wiss in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Holtzheim's Dominique Drouot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthieu Gimeno in the 26th minute of play. Matthieu Gimeno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominique Drouot having to interfere. In the 34th minute Lorenzo Froissard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Émile Wiss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Houdemont's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Froissard came free, but Émile Wiss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 48 minutes into the game, Matthieu Gimeno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dominique Drouot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lorenzo Froissard made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Ethan Gelebart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the match, Matthieu Gimeno notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Holtzheim's Dominique Drouot. Dominique Drouot was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Matthieu Gimeno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominique Drouot having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaetan Basson in the 68th minute of play forced Houdemont's goalkeeper Émile Wiss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lorenzo Froissard in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Émile Wiss saved Houdemont from getting behind. Paulo Adrien was shown his second yellow card after 72 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Holtzheim's Paulo Adrien got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Dominique Drouot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matthieu Gimeno in the 74th minute. Émile Wiss showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaetan Basson in the 76th minute of the match. In the 81st match minute, Holtzheim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascal Mesnier to maneuver through the defense. Matthieu Gimeno's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 85thth minute, Dominique Drouot skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With an all-out effort, Houdemont's Dominique Drouot threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Émilien Saudrais, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 90 minutes into the game, Émilien Saudrais cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Dominique Drouot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gaetan Basson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Émile Wiss tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 100 minutes into the match, Holtzheim's goal looked a bit too open when Émilien Saudrais came free, but Dominique Drouot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Holtzheim supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Houdemont's performance. The match ended with a win for Houdemont.
