Gaétan Plessis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Terry Galais in the 3rd minute of play. Gaétan Plessis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terry Galais in the 10th minute of the match. Terry Galais sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gaël Penot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Richard Diebolt's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Terry Galais took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gaétan Plessis. Gaétan Plessis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Richard Diebolt fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ifs's protests and gave Richard Diebolt a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ifs's Richard Diebolt got a free kick in the 31st minute. Elias Molinari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Richardménil's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Richard Diebolt 37 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. Gaël Penot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Diebolt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Terry Galais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Richard Diebolt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gaétan Plessis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Terry Galais, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After 66 minutes, Luka Machin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ifs and the Richardménil players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luka Machin hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute, Richard Diebolt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ifs's Gaétan Plessis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Ifs from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Elias Molinari managed to get in a good position for a shot. Richardménil's supporters rose to their feet, but Elias Molinari was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaétan Plessis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Terry Galais in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gaétan Plessis saved Ifs from getting behind. Terry Galais received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Gaétan Plessis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Terry Galais in the 85th minute of play forced Ifs's goalkeeper Gaétan Plessis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Ifs getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Luka Machin hit a great ball. In the 88th minute Boris Artigues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaël Penot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Boris Artigues notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Richardménil's Gaël Penot. Gaël Penot was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
