Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Matthieu Dufaure made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthieu Dufaure in the 3rd minute of play forced Trentemoult's goalkeeper Pierre-Henri Flament to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaston Meynard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ramzy Hamon's late challenge caught a Holtzwihr's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramzy Hamon helped the player get up and apologised. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gaston Meynard in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pierre-Henri Flament prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pierre-Henri Flament made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthieu Dufaure in the 9th minute of play. The supporters of Holtzwihr booed when Trentemoult was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josselin Bonnemaison didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pierre-Henri Flament made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthieu Dufaure in the 13th minute of play. Trentemoult's Léopold Smith got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Holtzwihr's Donatien Paoletti got a free kick in the 20th minute. With his leg Antony Bertaux managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Trentemoult's Yoann Chirol fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Léopold Smith hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After 37 played minutes Holtzwihr got a freekick which was hit by Emile Limoges. After 39 minutes, Jean-Marie Bruni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trentemoult and the Holtzwihr players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jean-Marie Bruni kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Pierre-Henri Flament made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Meynard in the 41st minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Léopold Smith was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Trentemoult getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Josselin Bonnemaison hit a great ball. In the 57th minute, Léopold Smith left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Trentemoult fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Ramzy Hamon hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute, Matthieu Dufaure got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gaston Meynard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Pierre-Henri Flament tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 67 minutes, Ramzy Hamon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trentemoult's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramzy Hamon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Léopold Smith in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antony Bertaux saved Holtzwihr from getting behind. Trentemoult's Pierre-Henri Flament proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Trentemoult from getting a goal against them. Gaston Meynard kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Yoann Chirol struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Antony Bertaux didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trentemoult. Matthieu Dufaure received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Pierre-Henri Flament tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Yoann Chirol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
