Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Cedric Massip made the kick off and thus started the match. Brice Cornet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cedric Massip, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Johan Dez came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the France fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johan Dez couldn't finish the play. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Couzeix's goalkeeper Ethan Gharbi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Couzeix getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Gregory Raoux hit a great ball. Aymerick Rodriguez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felix Bonetto during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 15th minute, Felix Bonetto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ethan Gharbi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johan Dez in the 20th minute of the match. Aymerick Rodriguez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brice Cornet having to interfere. Ethan Gharbi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anthony Boissin, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Ethan Gharbi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Dez in the 37th minute of play. In the 46th minute Anthony Boissin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ethan Gharbi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ethan Gharbi came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by France's Anthony Boissin. But to his dismay, Anthony Boissin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1.
The wind increased when Johan Dez made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Couzeix's goal looked a bit too open when Johan Dez came free, but Ethan Gharbi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute, Cedric Massip ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Brice Cornet was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Cedric Massip received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Brice Cornet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Cedric Massip came free, but Brice Cornet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute Cedric Massip shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brice Cornet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in France's zone, Aymerick Rodriguez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brice Cornet came out of the goal and Aymerick Rodriguez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Igor Zajac's late challenge caught a Couzeix's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Igor Zajac helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to France getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Igor Zajac hit a great ball. Johan Dez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Ethan Gharbi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cedric Massip struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Brice Cornet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Couzeix. In the 96thth minute of the game Aymerick Rodriguez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but France's Brice Cornet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
