The supporters of Huvet booed when Etiolles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthony Thibert didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 4th minute, Noe Lassaigne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Etiolles's Malik Avenel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Etiolles from getting a goal against them. Malik Avenel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnold Hautecoeur in the 8th minute of the match. Huvet's Gaspard Helin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Philippe Havet in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th match minute, Huvet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charly Sebille to maneuver through the defense. Noe Lassaigne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Malik Avenel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Philippe Havet in the 28th minute of play forced Huvet's goalkeeper Gaspard Helin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Huvet's Noe Lassaigne was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 32nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Arnold Hautecoeur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Philippe Havet made a kick off. Philippe Havet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Gaspard Helin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Huvet's Lorenzo Houel got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After having played for 54 minutes, Philippe Havet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Etiolles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Philippe Havet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 58 minutes into the game, Etiolles's Flavien Blavette nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gaspard Helin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. A collision led to Huvet getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Jordan Bosse hit a great ball. When Etiolles's Philippe Havet in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Huvet's goalie prevented a goal. In the 69th minute, Huvet's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Flavien Blavette fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Arnold Hautecoeur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Malik Avenel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnold Hautecoeur in the 80th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute Philippe Havet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaspard Helin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaspard Helin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Philippe Havet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Etiolles's zone, Noe Lassaigne stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Malik Avenel came out of the goal and Noe Lassaigne tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 89 minutes into the game, Flavien Blavette cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Gaspard Helin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Philippe Havet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
