Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Graville booed when Ferrières was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cyprien Gobin didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rachid Havart in the 13th minute of play forced Ferrières's goalkeeper Jose Ramet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferrières's Jose Ramet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rachid Havart in the 15th minute of play. Florent Roberge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Cyrille Delrieu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If John Bernaud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 23rd minute John Bernaud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cyrille Delrieu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Josselin Gardette blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jose Ramet having to make a save. If Pierre Beauge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cyrille Delrieu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Bernaud in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute, John Bernaud ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cyrille Delrieu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. John Bernaud's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cyrille Delrieu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. When José Reuter fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Graville's protests and gave José Reuter a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Graville getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. José Reuter hit a great ball. After the first half Ferrières were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Rachid Havart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexandre Debrie during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 59 played minutes Graville got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre Debrie. The tension between the Graville and the Ferrières players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marouane Butet kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Pierre Beauge got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jose Ramet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rachid Havart in the 75th minute of play. After having played for 82 minutes, Pierre Beauge managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Graville's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pierre Beauge was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. John Bernaud was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 84th minute. Ferrières's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, John Bernaud took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Cyrille Delrieu to make any attempt to save it. Graville's José Reuter got his second yellow card of the match in the 94th minute. The referee ordered José Reuter off the ground. Ferrières's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
