Marc-Olivier Clausse was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Harold Maurel came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Coubron fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Harold Maurel couldn't finish the play. In the 19th minute, Harold Maurel made a precise shot to the right of Karl De Almeida. Moulineaux's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Karl De Almeida stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Harold Maurel's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Karl De Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harold Maurel in the 25th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Moulineaux's Roger Griveau got a free kick in the 26th minute. The supporters of Moulineaux booed when Coubron was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean-Baptiste De Souza didn't get a good kick on the ball. The corner led Moulineaux's Arnaud Blazy to fire away a dangerous shot which Marc-Olivier Clausse despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Rodrigo Fischer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc-Olivier Clausse having to interfere. Coubron's Marc-Olivier Clausse proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Coubron from getting a goal against them. Roger Griveau's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Marc-Olivier Clausse skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in Coubron's zone, Rodrigo Fischer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marc-Olivier Clausse came out of the goal and Rodrigo Fischer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marc-Olivier Clausse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Fischer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Steven Callewaert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rodrigo Fischer made a kick off. Gildas Chauvat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Karl De Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Steven Callewaert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Karim Barrière fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Coubron's protests and gave Karim Barrière a yellow card for diving instead. Gildas Chauvat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Karl De Almeida made a huge save. Moulineaux's Marcel Camilleri got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 76th minute, Gildas Chauvat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Harold Maurel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coubron's supporters rose to their feet, but Harold Maurel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl De Almeida breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Coubron booed when Moulineaux was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mourad Cornec didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute Harold Maurel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl De Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moulineaux's Karl De Almeida proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Moulineaux from getting a goal against them. After having played for 87 minutes, Rodrigo Fischer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moulineaux's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodrigo Fischer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Harold Maurel struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Karl De Almeida didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coubron. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Marcel Camilleri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moulineaux's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcel Camilleri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marc-Olivier Clausse breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mourad Foret hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Karl De Almeida made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gildas Chauvat in the 97th minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
