Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Côme Oger started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Pusignan booed when Moruel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kilian Dallier didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute, Alexandre Rouard sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Moruel's Lionel Quiniou didn't even have to move. Pusignan's Redouane Leclerc got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 12 minutes, Côme Oger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pusignan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Côme Oger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 13 played minutes Pusignan got a freekick which was hit by Jérôme Raclot. Redouane Leclerc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute, Gérald Schwab got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gérald Schwab in the 22nd minute of play forced Pusignan's goalkeeper Ernest Aupetit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, Clem Guénard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute Côme Oger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lionel Quiniou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernest Aupetit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gérald Schwab in the 30th minute of play. Ernest Aupetit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gérald Schwab in the 32nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Pusignan's Ernest Aupetit got control of the ball when Yoann Santiago tried to sneak it across the goal line. Yoann Santiago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernest Aupetit having to interfere. In the 38th minute Gérald Schwab shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernest Aupetit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Côme Oger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gérald Schwab was the one to do the kick off. Arthur Greaux kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. If Yoann Santiago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Gérald Schwab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Malik Rives charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Malik Rives the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 58th minute, one of Moruel:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Moruel. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yoann Santiago in the 81st minute of play forced Pusignan's goalkeeper Ernest Aupetit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernest Aupetit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gérald Schwab, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Karim Mullot kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Pusignan's Ernest Aupetit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yoann Santiago in the 93rd minute of play. Karim Mullot was shown his second yellow card after 94 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Karim Mullot hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Pusignan's Ernest Aupetit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yoann Santiago in the 96th minute of play. The Pusignan supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pusignan would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
