But to his dismay, Yoann Santiago quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 11th match minute, Moruel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kilian Dallier to maneuver through the defense. Lionel Quiniou stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daryl Poilane's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Rayanne Goguet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Rayanne Goguet got free in front of the goal in the 25th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Lionel Quiniou was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Yoann Santiago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matheo Taddei having to interfere. Epiré's Matheo Taddei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gérald Schwab in the 34th minute of play. Clovis Souchon's late challenge caught a Moruel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clovis Souchon helped the player get up and apologised. Clovis Souchon kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. The supporters of Moruel booed when Epiré was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Andreani didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gérald Schwab during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Émilien Rabier hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After 54 played minutes Epiré got a freekick which was hit by Émilien Rabier. In the 57th minute of the match Moruel got a corner. Epiré's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Malik Rives ran over to the corner to take the kick. Moruel's Malik Rives was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Matheo Taddei in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Yoann Santiago managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moruel's supporters rose to their feet, but Yoann Santiago was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matheo Taddei breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lionel Quiniou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daryl Poilane in the 68th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Moruel's Gérald Schwab sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matheo Taddei narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Yoann Santiago could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Matheo Taddei made a huge save. When Gérald Schwab came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Moruel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gérald Schwab couldn't finish the play. In the 81st minute Gérald Schwab shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matheo Taddei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daryl Poilane struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Lionel Quiniou didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Epiré. Matheo Taddei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gérald Schwab, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Moruel's zone, Rayanne Goguet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lionel Quiniou came out of the goal and Rayanne Goguet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94th minute, Yoann Santiago got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Moruel's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
