Thanks to some nice moves Redouane Leclerc could shoot a difficult shot in the 7th minute, which Matheo Taddei however easily saved by the left post. Côme Oger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matheo Taddei having to interfere. Côme Oger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Redouane Leclerc had several of the Epiré's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 18 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Matheo Taddei as he didn't even see the shot coming. When Daryl Poilane fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Epiré's protests and gave Daryl Poilane a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Pusignan booed when Epiré was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daryl Poilane didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Daryl Poilane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Redouane Leclercs short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Matheo Taddei to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daryl Poilane to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Côme Oger in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matheo Taddei prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Daryl Poilane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Ernest Aupetit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matheo Taddei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Côme Oger in the 76th minute of play. Redouane Leclerc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matheo Taddei having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Epiré's goal looked a bit too open when Côme Oger came free, but Matheo Taddei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Redouane Leclerc in the 80th minute of play forced Epiré's goalkeeper Matheo Taddei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Côme Oger succeeded in the game's 82nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. Côme Oger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Matheo Taddei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clovis Souchon kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. The corner led Pusignan's Alexandre Rouard to fire away a dangerous shot which Matheo Taddei despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Matheo Taddei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Redouane Leclerc's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Pusignan had won after a very even match.
