The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Pinval's goal looked a bit too open when Berenger Hugot came free, but Gustave Mulot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustave Mulot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmond Coquin, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. With a little luck, Villecresnes's Melvin Blondin got control of the ball when Walter Bequet tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gustave Mulot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmond Coquin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Berenger Hugot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustave Mulot having to interfere. Walter Bequet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Villecresnes's Melvin Blondin got control of the ball when Walter Bequet tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Jules Guillemot came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Pinval fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jules Guillemot couldn't finish the play. Gustave Mulot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmond Coquin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Jules Guillemot's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melvin Blondin was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Edmond Coquin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Gustave Mulot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jules Guillemot made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Edmond Coquin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Villecresnes's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmond Coquin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustave Mulot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gustave Mulot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmond Coquin, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Berenger Hugot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Gustave Mulot made a huge save. Melvin Blondin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walter Bequet in the 62nd minute of play. Jocelyn Vigot struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Gustave Mulot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Villecresnes. After 65 played minutes Pinval got a freekick which was hit by Terry Tourne. Jules Guillemot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melvin Blondin having to interfere. Jules Guillemot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Melvin Blondin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Walter Bequet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 73 minutes into the game, Leo Ternisien was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pinval's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villecresnes the free kick. Berenger Hugot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walter Bequet in the 78th minute of play forced Villecresnes's goalkeeper Melvin Blondin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute, Justin Juillard made a precise shot to the right of Melvin Blondin. Villecresnes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Pinval's Gustave Mulot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmond Coquin in the 86th minute of play. When Dylan Keraudren fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Villecresnes's protests and gave Dylan Keraudren a yellow card for diving instead. Walter Bequet scored 2-0 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Melvin Blondin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pinval's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
