Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leonard Vandenbussche started the match with the kick off. Franz Person had several of the Avanne's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 2 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Marc Serieys as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 13th minute, Hugues Marot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 15th minute Franz Person shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marc Serieys saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Avanne's Marc Serieys proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Avanne from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Yannick Belaid managed to get in a good position for a shot. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonard Vandenbussche couldn't finish the play. Hubert Bost hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 57 minutes into the match, Beychac's Hugues Marot sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marc Serieys narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 58 minutes into the game, Vivien Valverde was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
