An unexpectedly hard shot by Baptiste Mazur in the 26th minute of play forced Rennemoulin's goalkeeper Junior Richomme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Régis Lozach hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute Serge Guillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincent Guigue saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
