Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Igor Bricard made the kick off which started today's match. Leopold Cribier hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 6th minute, Igor Bricard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Corentin Raimond came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Limonest's Calvin Mahut. But to his dismay, Calvin Mahut quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calvin Mahut in the 20th minute of play forced Pissieux's goalkeeper Corentin Raimond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Pissieux booed when Limonest was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopold Cribier didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Limonest's zone, Igor Bricard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl Biais came out of the goal and Igor Bricard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicolas Paty could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Karl Biais made a huge save. Nicolas Paty sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Nicolas Paty got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 47 minutes into the game, Limonest's Alexis Papon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Corentin Raimond made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alexis Papon to strike the kick off in the second half. Karl Biais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Bricard, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Limonest's Calvin Mahut got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, Pissieux's goal looked a bit too open when Alexis Papon came free, but Corentin Raimond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Noe Mouillet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Corentin Raimond tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pissieux's Corentin Raimond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexis Papon in the 61st minute of play. 66 minutes into the game, Alexis Papon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Corentin Raimond. Alexis Papon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Leopold Cribier kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Karl Biais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Bricard in the 71st minute of play. Alexis Papon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Corentin Raimond read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. If Nicolas Paty had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stephane Lesaint kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Nicolas Paty fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Biais having to interfere. The supporters of Pissieux booed when Limonest was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopold Cribier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicolas Paty fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Biais having to interfere. Igor Bricard might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Karl Biais. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Igor Bricard ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Pissieux booed when Limonest was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noe Mouillet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pissieux's Corentin Raimond proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Pissieux from getting a goal against them. Nicolas Paty recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karl Biais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Bricard in the 97th minute of play. After 97 played minutes Limonest got a freekick which was hit by Noe Mouillet. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Limonest eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
