After 3 minutes, Maxime Franchi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bouquiniére and the Vany players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 2nd minute of the game. One of Bouquiniére:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vany:s goal. When Maxime Franchi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 8 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Bouquiniére's Maxime Franchi got a free kick in the 9th minute. If Cyril Grard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Titouan Morere blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guillaume Marty having to make a save. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bouquiniére's goalkeeper Guillaume Marty, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Bouquiniére's Guillaume Marty got control of the ball when Titouan Morere tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Cyril Grard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdel Beaussier hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Abdel Beaussier kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Guillaume Marty took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximilien Gestin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guillaume Marty made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Titouan Morere sent off a good shot on target. Cyrille Minvielle, 42 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Bouquiniére's goalkeeper Guillaume Marty had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Titouan Morere. 46 minutes into the game, one of Bouquiniére:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Titouan Morere managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vany's supporters rose to their feet, but Titouan Morere was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guillaume Marty breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vany's Maximilien Gestin got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Bouquiniére getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Cédric Dupart hit a great ball. 67 minutes into the match, Titouan Morere had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Guillaume Marty. Bouquiniére's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Titouan Morere was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 71st minute, Bob Vaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cyril Grard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Just Cisse having to interfere. Guillaume Marty showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximilien Gestin, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Maximilien Gestin kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Titouan Morere got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 94th match minute, Bouquiniére was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdel Beaussier to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Vany fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bouquiniére had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
