In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lugrin's goalkeeper Yoann Catteau, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lugrin's Yoann Catteau proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Lugrin from getting a goal against them. After 9 minutes, Alexis Gory mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lugrin and the Chabossière players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th minute, Alexis Gory hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chabossière's Harry Sagnier couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 10th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Lugrin. Yoann Catteau stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Herbert Manteau's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Aimé Massa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aimé Massa in the 20th minute of play forced Chabossière's goalkeeper Lilian Didelot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lilian Didelot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aimé Massa, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Maurice Blond received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Lilian Didelot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chabossière's Lilian Didelot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aimé Massa in the 31st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Donovan Héron managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chabossière's supporters rose to their feet, but Donovan Héron was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yoann Catteau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Donovan Héron got free with Yoann Catteau in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chabossière's Herbert Manteau came free and shot a quick shot against goal 40 minutes in the game, fortunately Yoann Catteau had problems saving as it came toward the left post. 43 minutes into the match, Chabossière's Herbert Manteau sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yoann Catteau narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Donovan Héron got free with Yoann Catteau in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Aimé Massa made the kick off in the second half. Lilian Didelot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aimé Massa in the 51st minute. After having played for 53 minutes, Donovan Héron managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chabossière's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donovan Héron was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 54th minute, Alexis Gory hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chabossière's Lilian Didelot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aimé Massa in the 60th minute of play. Yoann Catteau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donovan Héron in the 63rd minute of the match. Hugues Sentenac was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 70 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 69th minute of the game. One of Chabossière:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lugrin:s goal. Lugrin's Yoann Catteau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donovan Héron in the 80th minute of play. Aimé Massa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aimé Massa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Lilian Didelot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Maurice Blond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maurice Blond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lilian Didelot having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
