If Geoffroy Édel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Serraz's Noé Sarret proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Serraz from getting a goal against them. Noé Sarret took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Théophile Brouard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Noé Sarret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Lecat in the 31st minute of the match. Bakary Berthod took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geoffroy Édel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the match, Geneuille's Jonathan Lecat sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Noé Sarret narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Geneuille's Bakary Berthod played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geoffroy Édel in the 40th minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Geoffroy Édel made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Barnabé Delage managed to get in a good position for a shot. Serraz's supporters rose to their feet, but Barnabé Delage was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bakary Berthod breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Barnabé Delage had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Serraz's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pascal Geyer in the 61st minute. The corner ended in Pascal Geyer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Geneuille's Bakary Berthod did a great save. If Barnabé Delage had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Théophile Brouard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Noé Sarret tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Serraz's Noé Sarret played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Lecat in the 81st minute of play. Tony Mendez hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Jonathan Lecat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noé Sarret having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Théophile Brouard in the 88th minute of play forced Serraz's goalkeeper Noé Sarret to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geneuille's Bakary Berthod proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Geneuille from getting a goal against them. Bakary Berthod made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geoffroy Édel in the 92nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sofiane Rosset during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Serraz booed when Geneuille was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sofiane Rosset didn't get a good kick on the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
