An unexpected shot in the 17th minute by Flavian Le Saux got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Excenevex's Theophile Demaria in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sigaloux's goalie prevented a goal. Flavian Le Saux succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 20th playminute. Pierre-Emmanuel Dagois stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Noël Gautreau's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Sigaloux's goalkeeper Salomon Maguet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flavian Le Saux. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Theophile Demaria to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Excenevex had won after a very even match.
