After a defensive mix-up in Noyarey's zone, Arnold Guine stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Grégory Labelle came out of the goal and Arnold Guine tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 23 minutes into the match, Noyarey's goal looked a bit too open when Arnold Guine came free, but Grégory Labelle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute Redouane Gelly shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grégory Labelle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Arnold Guine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Redouane Gelly in the 30th minute of play forced Noyarey's goalkeeper Grégory Labelle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Grégory Labelle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnold Guine, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After 35 played minutes Noyarey got a freekick which was hit by Jordan Burban. Arnold Guine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Grégory Labelle having to interfere. Jordan Burban charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jordan Burban the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Trés booed when Noyarey was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jordan Burban didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Noyarey players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Trés were winning 0-1.

A collision led to Trés getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jean Wojciechowski hit a great ball. Allan Beney took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Émeric Champin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Redouane Gelly struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Grégory Labelle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trés. Harry Brelivet's late challenge caught a Noyarey's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Harry Brelivet helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th match minute, Trés was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Brelivet to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the game, Noyarey's Farid Mouille nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Allan Beney made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1.
