The player immediately received a yellow card. Barthelemy Bourge was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 16th played minute, shot the ball from way out. In the 53rd minute Steve Roos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremy Ferri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Jeremy Ferri managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Chaligny's Edouard Versini fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gaetan Chaput's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bastien Siebert read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Jeremy Ferri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Auguste Santoro, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Auguste Santoro in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeremy Ferri saved Cronenbourg from getting behind. Bastien Siebert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaetan Chaput in the 81st minute of the match. The supporters of Chaligny booed when Cronenbourg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marc Ducatez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaetan Chaput blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bastien Siebert having to make a save. If Hugues Sarret had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chaligny's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
