Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd match minute, Vesse was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malcom Kerrien to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the match, Vesse's goal looked a bit too open when Sam Lecœur came free, but Jason Maurey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jason Maurey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Lecœur in the 10th minute of play. Sam Lecœur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Farid Bascoul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jason Maurey having to interfere. In the 16th minute Brian Viale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean Aubrun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cyprien Evanno hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After 20 played minutes Vesse got a freekick which was hit by Malcom Kerrien. Luka Devilliers struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Jean Aubrun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vesse. In the 26th match minute, Vesse was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantin Branger to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cyprien Evanno during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th match minute, Valois was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cyprien Evanno to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Vesse's Alfred Chastel tried to score from far away in the 30th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Luka Devilliers was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 33rd minute. Vesse's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Valois's Jean Aubrun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brian Viale in the 37th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sam Lecœur to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luka Devilliers in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jean Aubrun saved Valois from getting behind. If Farid Bascoul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Valois's zone, Brian Viale stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jean Aubrun came out of the goal and Brian Viale tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 61 minutes into the match, Luka Devilliers notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Valois's Jean Aubrun. Jean Aubrun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Vesse's Jason Maurey got control of the ball when Farid Bascoul tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Valois booed when Vesse was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malcom Kerrien didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute of the match, Sam Lecœur tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jason Maurey saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Brian Paccard fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vesse's protests and gave Brian Paccard a yellow card for diving instead. Brian Paccard hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. If Luka Devilliers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jean Aubrun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brian Viale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brian Viale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jean Aubrun having to interfere. Sam Lecœur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jason Maurey having to interfere. Jean Aubrun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Brian Viale's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute, Georges Taillard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brian Viale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Jean Aubrun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Vesse fully deserved thier win.
