If Émile Denhez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jean-Pierre Chevillon struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Ronan Prouvost didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gattières. The wind increased when Jean-Pierre Chevillon made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Melvin Dupeux managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gattières's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melvin Dupeux was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emeric Viale hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Edmond Debarre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fenouillet's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmond Debarre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastien Raffier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ronan Prouvost showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean-Pierre Chevillon, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Melvin Dupeux recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Melvin Dupeux charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Melvin Dupeux the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Melvin Dupeux kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melvin Dupeux in the 74th minute of play forced Fenouillet's goalkeeper Ronan Prouvost to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute, Christopher Leloup hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Émile Denhez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastien Raffier acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 89th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Renaud Boissin. After some careless play in the Fenouillet defense, Jean-Pierre Chevillon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ronan Prouvost. The Fenouillet fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ronan Prouvost should have stopped the shot. Gattières were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
