Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jean-Paul Bonvalot got the match started through his kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paul Dupond during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Viriat's Paul Dupond got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Durtol's Amine Thevenet was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Salomon Huby in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 9 minutes into the match, Patrice Warin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Salomon Huby. Viriat's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patrice Warin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, Durtol's goalkeeper Ryan Rabineau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Allan Soares. After a defensive mix-up in Durtol's zone, Yvan Belhomme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ryan Rabineau came out of the goal and Yvan Belhomme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Durtol getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Romain Mattei hit a great ball. Jean-Paul Bonvalot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th minute of the match, Jean-Paul Bonvalot tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ryan Rabineau saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 20th minute, Benjamin Ridel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tanguy Jimenez kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrice Warin in the 24th minute of play forced Viriat's goalkeeper Salomon Huby to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patrice Warin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salomon Huby having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Viriat's Valerien Milan got a free kick in the 34th minute. When Durtol's Patrice Warin in 36 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Salomon Huby guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 37th minute, Yvan Belhomme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Viriat's Yvan Belhomme got a free kick in the 40th minute. When Durtol's Marc-Aurèle Touchet in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Viriat's goalie prevented a goal.

The wind increased when Patrice Warin made the kick off in the second half. Patrice Warin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Salomon Huby read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Salomon Huby made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Marc-Aurèle Touchet sent off a good shot on target. Marc-Aurèle Touchet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Durtol's Marc-Aurèle Touchet got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marc-Aurèle Touchet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Salomon Huby tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Marc-Aurèle Touchet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Viriat's zone, Patrice Warin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salomon Huby came out of the goal and Patrice Warin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Durtol's Ryan Rabineau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Soares in the 73rd minute of play. A collision led to Durtol getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Franz Depuydt hit a great ball. Allan Soares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute, Viriat's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Marc-Aurèle Touchet fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 90th minute, Marc-Aurèle Touchet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Durtol booed when Viriat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertrand Rascle didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Durtol walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
