In the 15th minute, Matthieu Aline got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Matthieu Aline might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ronald Berteau. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matthieu Aline ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Faustin Riffault's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jérémy Féraud was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Jérémy Féraud made an important save on a dangerous shot by Faustin Riffault in the 37th minute. Mohamed Chereau hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. A collision led to Raismes getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Mohamed Chereau hit a great ball. If Faustin Riffault had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The crowd rose to their feet as Raismes's Matthieu Aline slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ronald Berteau. That made the score 0-1 after 51 minutes of play. Raismes's Jérémy Féraud played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilien Lecat in the 58th minute of play. Matthieu Aline fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronald Berteau having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tommy Pâquier couldn't finish the play. Raismes's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
