Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Felicien Matz kicked off to start the match. Sacha Joffre charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sacha Joffre the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 4 minutes, Sébastien Berthome managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ormoy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sébastien Berthome was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sacha Joffre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michel Galtier having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Braillerie's goal looked a bit too open when César Régis came free, but Louis Drugeon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sébastien Berthome in the 15th minute of play forced Braillerie's goalkeeper Louis Drugeon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When César Régis came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Ormoy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that César Régis couldn't finish the play. If César Régis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, César Régis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Ormoy's Sébastien Berthome in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Braillerie's goalie prevented a goal. Michel Galtier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustave Guin in the 32nd minute. Gustave Guin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute, César Régis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 46th minute of the match Brice Ziegler sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Louis Drugeon skillfully saved the ball. If César Régis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
The wind increased when Sébastien Berthome made the kick off in the second half. Sébastien Berthome sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sébastien Berthome in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Louis Drugeon saved Braillerie from getting behind. Ormoy's Michel Galtier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felicien Matz in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute Felicien Matz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Galtier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ormoy's César Régis got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 66th match minute, Braillerie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jordy Peiffer to maneuver through the defense. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Braillerie's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ali Duffour was slow to take the kick. During this time Ormoy's players had a chance to rest. Ormoy's Michel Galtier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felicien Matz in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Felicien Matz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Michel Galtier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Braillerie's Jordy Peiffer got a free kick in the 75th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maxence Marbach during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 79 played minutes Ormoy got a freekick which was hit by Maxence Marbach. Michel Galtier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felicien Matz, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Gustave Guin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Braillerie's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustave Guin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michel Galtier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sébastien Berthome sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Braillerie's goalkeeper Louis Drugeon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Many of Ormoy's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ormoy may have spent more time on the ball, but Braillerie were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
