Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ferdinand Cubizolles made the kick off which started today's match. After having played for 3 minutes, Faustin Raoux managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hagondange's supporters crossed their fingers, but Faustin Raoux was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Faustin Raoux's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vincent Careme read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Ahmid Matter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 13th minute, Pierre-Antoine Penicaud hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Antoine Retailleau's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dorian Compagnon was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. When Ferdinand Cubizolles came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Fourchon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferdinand Cubizolles couldn't finish the play. 33 minutes into the match, Hagondange's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Cubizolles came free, but Dorian Compagnon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustin Raoux in the 35th minute of play forced Fourchon's goalkeeper Vincent Careme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmid Matter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vincent Careme having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Fourchon's goal looked a bit too open when Faustin Raoux came free, but Vincent Careme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Yann Favreau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Fourchon's Vincent Careme got control of the ball when Ahmid Matter tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Anatole Busnel fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fourchon's protests and gave Anatole Busnel a yellow card for diving instead. Fourchon:s Vincent Careme showed great skill when he stopped Gerard Rouzier:s penalty. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Faustin Raoux stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Antoine Retailleau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Dorian Compagnon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ferdinand Cubizolles struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Dorian Compagnon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fourchon. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lionel Gain during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lionel Gain hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 72nd match minute, Fourchon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yann Favreau to maneuver through the defense. Yann Favreau kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Vincent Careme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmid Matter in the 84th minute of play. Dorian Compagnon made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Antoine Retailleau sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Hagondange defense, Ferdinand Cubizolles kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dorian Compagnon. The Hagondange fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dorian Compagnon should have stopped the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Fourchon eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
