Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Serge Alquier took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Barriot's zone, Ahmid Matter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Davy Joubert came out of the goal and Ahmid Matter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Martial Cerdan got free with Dorian Compagnon in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 13 minutes into the match, Barriot's goal looked a bit too open when Faustin Raoux came free, but Davy Joubert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahmid Matter struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Davy Joubert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hagondange. Hagondange were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after Barriot's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gerard Rouzier took the corner. In the 21st match minute, Barriot was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martial Cerdan to maneuver through the defense. Faustin Raoux sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmid Matter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Davy Joubert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dorian Compagnon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serge Alquier in the 27th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Hagondange defense, Martial Cerdan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dorian Compagnon. The Hagondange fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dorian Compagnon should have stopped the shot. After 31 minutes, Cedric Vigroux mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hagondange and the Barriot players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st match minute, Hagondange was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cedric Vigroux to maneuver through the defense. Dorian Compagnon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernard Mahieux in the 38th minute. In the 40th minute Faustin Raoux shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Davy Joubert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st match minute, Hagondange was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerard Rouzier to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Barriot's Sammy Delhommeau tried to score from far away in the 43rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Faustin Raoux made the kick off in the second half. Pierre-Antoine Penicaud hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. The attack was good, but when Serge Alquier in the 63rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After a defensive mix-up in Barriot's zone, Ahmid Matter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Davy Joubert came out of the goal and Ahmid Matter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Martial Cerdan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Barriot booed when Hagondange was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerard Rouzier didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 82 played minutes Barriot got a freekick which was hit by Mehdi Mairesse. When Ahmid Matter came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Hagondange fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmid Matter couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Barriot getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Bernard Mahieux hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Hagondange's Gerard Rouzier tried to score from far away in the 90th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 93rd minute Martial Cerdan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorian Compagnon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martial Cerdan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dorian Compagnon having to make a save. In the 99th minute Martial Cerdan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorian Compagnon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Barriot had won after a very even match.
