Sablot's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 20 minutes into the match, Sablot's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Romero came free, but Madjid Crespy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Sablot getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Gaston Berrier hit a great ball. Madjid Crespy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cesar Venier went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of Sablot booed when Longjumeau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Omer Guyader didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Tim Douaud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Longjumeau's zone, Bixente Floquet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pierre-Loup Lachaux hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After 86 played minutes Sablot got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Bouley. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Bixente Floquet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sablot's supporters rose to their feet, but Bixente Floquet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Theodore Hochard breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Sablot getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Gaston Berrier hit a great ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Longjumeau had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
