After having played for 5 minutes, Jocelyn Dridi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Evry's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jocelyn Dridi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pétrie's Jordan Cugnet has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 9th minute. Jocelyn Dridi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Edouard Pillon made a huge save. When Jordan Cugnet fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pétrie's protests and gave Jordan Cugnet a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th match minute, Pétrie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jordan Cugnet to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Melvin Camara put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ernest Schwob. Igor Bach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd match minute, Evry was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl Debert to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Evry's Karim Favrot got a free kick in the 26th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Evry's zone, Melvin Camara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ernest Schwob came out of the goal and Melvin Camara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jocelyn Dridi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Edouard Pillon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Pétrie's goal looked a bit too open when Karl Debert came free, but Edouard Pillon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pétrie's Edouard Pillon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Pétrie from getting a goal against them. When Marvin Rohmer fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pétrie's protests and gave Marvin Rohmer a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Pétrie getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Marvin Rohmer hit a great ball. The supporters of Evry booed when Pétrie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marvin Rohmer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl Debert struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Edouard Pillon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Evry. The supporters of Evry booed when Pétrie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jordan Cugnet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pétrie's Edouard Pillon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Debert in the 45th minute of play. After the first half Pétrie were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Melvin Camara was the one to do the kick off. A hard shot 55 in the game by Igor Bach from a close distance when the talented Ernest Schwob managed to make a qualified save. Evry's players were relieved. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Jocelyn Dridi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Evry's supporters rose to their feet, but Jocelyn Dridi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edouard Pillon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 59th minute, Pétrie's Melvin Camara dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Melvin Camara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernest Schwob having to interfere. Pierre-Emmanuel Lefebure placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 79th minute, Igor Bach ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ernest Schwob was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 85th minute Jocelyn Dridi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edouard Pillon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jocelyn Dridi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pierre-Emmanuel Lefebure kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Karim Favrot charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karim Favrot the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 98th minute, Igor Bach got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Pétrie players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
