Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Harry Fauconnier made the kick off which started today's match. Mohamed Bartoli charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mohamed Bartoli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 7th match minute, Seclin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mohamed Bartoli to maneuver through the defense. Romeo Podevin kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Gaetan Desportes acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 13th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Faudel You. After 16 minutes, Mehdi Linard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seclin and the Vesegnin players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Vesegnin booed when Seclin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehdi Linard didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Vesegnin's Faudel You tried to score from far away in the 16th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 20 played minutes Seclin got a freekick which was hit by Harry Fauconnier. After having played for 21 minutes, Dove Prod'Homme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vesegnin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dove Prod'Homme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pacôme Bernaud charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pacôme Bernaud the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd minute, Pacôme Bernaud hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vesegnin's Eddy Corréard got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, Seclin's goal looked a bit too open when Dove Prod'Homme came free, but Gaetan Desportes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celestin Deve recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
The wind increased when Dove Prod'Homme made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Celestin Deve got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Harry Fauconnier was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 57th minute. Seclin's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Harry Fauconnier put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Germain Brochot. 63 minutes into the match, Vesegnin's Dove Prod'Homme sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gaetan Desportes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. During the 63rd minute of the match Mohamed Bartoli completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Mohamed Bartoli a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Mohamed Bartoli kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Vesegnin's Faudel You tried to score from far away in the 68th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Eddy Corréard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Seclin's Gaetan Desportes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dove Prod'Homme in the 72nd minute of play. Gaetan Desportes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dove Prod'Homme, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Gaetan Desportes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddy Corréard in the 79th minute of play. After some careless play in the Seclin defense, Eddy Corréard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaetan Desportes. The Seclin fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaetan Desportes should have stopped the shot. After 83 played minutes Vesegnin got a freekick which was hit by Greg Beyer. 85 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Seclin's Celestin Deve fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 88th minute, Celestin Deve got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eddy Corréard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaetan Desportes having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
