Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Benoît Caspar started the match with the kick off. A hard shot 6 in the game by Geoffroy Châtenet from a close distance when the talented Kévin Grognet managed to make a qualified save. Nohanent's players were relieved. Benoît Caspar struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Marc-Antoine Moutarde didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nohanent. Benoît Caspar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Marc-Antoine Moutarde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamin Bore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Nohanent's zone, Benjamin Bore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kévin Grognet came out of the goal and Benjamin Bore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Geoffroy Châtenet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kévin Grognet having to make a save. After 21 played minutes Nohanent got a freekick which was hit by Patrick Marinier. After recieving a nice pass, Cuinchy's Moussa Nouhaud tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, Nohanent's goalkeeper Kévin Grognet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Geoffroy Châtenet. After a rather tough play, Cuinchy's Benjamin Bore got a free kick in the 31st minute. Benjamin Bore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kévin Grognet having to interfere. After 38 played minutes, Cuinchy's Erwann Decker shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kévin Grognet came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cuinchy reached it. Benjamin Bore hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tanguy Rosso in the 46th minute of play forced Cuinchy's goalkeeper Marc-Antoine Moutarde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geoffroy Châtenet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benjamin Bore stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Geoffroy Châtenet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Philibert Bègue kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Nohanent's Jean-Pascal Dietrich tried to score from far away in the 61st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Geoffroy Châtenet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cuinchy's supporters rose to their feet, but Geoffroy Châtenet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kévin Grognet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tanguy Rosso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Marc-Antoine Moutarde made a huge save. Cuinchy's attack was well implemented in the 70th minute, but when Benjamin Bore was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Kévin Grognet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John-Paul Mansard in the 75th minute of the match. In the 83rd match minute, Nohanent was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tanguy Rosso to maneuver through the defense. Kévin Grognet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geoffroy Châtenet, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Marc-Antoine Moutarde came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Nohanent's Tanguy Rosso. But to his dismay, Tanguy Rosso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Nohanent's zone, Geoffroy Châtenet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kévin Grognet came out of the goal and Geoffroy Châtenet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Benjamin Bore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle went the supporters of Nohanent were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Cuinchy side.
