After some careless play in the Douai defense, Eddy Dunoyer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacob Cazier. The Douai fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacob Cazier should have stopped the shot. Douai's Jacob Cazier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omer Bonvoisin in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Eddy Dunoyer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Eddy Dunoyer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Omer Bonvoisin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Omer Bonvoisin struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Jacob Cazier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olivet. 41 minutes into the match, Douai's goal looked a bit too open when Omer Bonvoisin came free, but Jacob Cazier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Omer Bonvoisin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

After some careless play in the Douai defense, Eddy Dunoyer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacob Cazier. The Douai fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacob Cazier should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle sounded Olivet left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Douai.
