Sammy Levacher blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ronald Verdiere having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Revillon in the 28th minute of play forced Pointe's goalkeeper Donald Bretel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Bertrand Albin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute of the match Anatole Goffart shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ronald Verdiere showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Reda Brasseur's late challenge caught a Pointe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reda Brasseur helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Pregnin's Reda Brasseur got a free kick in the 37th minute. If Sammy Levacher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leo Revillon was the one to do the kick off. Sammy Levacher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronald Verdiere having to interfere. 56 minutes in the game, Leo Revillon fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Donald Bretel having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Pointe's goal looked a bit too open when Bertrand Albin came free, but Donald Bretel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Leo Revillon took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Donald Bretel to make any attempt to save it. Pointe's Raphaël Penisson got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 64th minute, Lucas Tinel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raphaël Penisson in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ronald Verdiere prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sammy Levacher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronald Verdiere having to interfere. Reda Brasseur kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. When Raphaël Penisson came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Pointe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raphaël Penisson couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Pregnin defense, Sammy Levacher kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ronald Verdiere. The Pregnin fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ronald Verdiere should have stopped the shot. Ronald Verdiere showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raphaël Penisson, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Pregnin's goal looked a bit too open when Raphaël Penisson came free, but Ronald Verdiere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donald Bretel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bertrand Albin in the 83rd minute. When Pointe's Sammy Levacher in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pregnin's goalie prevented a goal. 93 minutes into the match, Pointe's Sammy Levacher sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ronald Verdiere narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Reda Brasseur was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 94 minutes had been played. A collision led to Pregnin getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Reda Brasseur hit a great ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Pregnin eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
