Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Pierre-Henri Laval took the kick off in the first half of the match. Faustin Liagre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pierre-Henri Laval in the 15th minute of the match. Luc Ozouf kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Gregory Penet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernand Acher read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. The supporters of Vicoigne booed when Toulouse was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joe Claeys didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ghislain Regent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernand Acher made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Gregory Penet sent off a good shot on target. Pierre-Henri Laval scored 0-1 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Faustin Liagre, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Toulouse were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jacques Gobillot to strike the kick off in the second half. Toulouse's Fernand Acher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacques Gobillot in the 54th minute of play. Ghislain Regent took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Faustin Liagre. Faustin Liagre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pierre-Henri Laval in the 63rd minute of play forced Vicoigne's goalkeeper Faustin Liagre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pierre-Henri Laval struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Faustin Liagre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Toulouse. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacques Gobillot in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernand Acher prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gregory Penet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hocine Verbeke hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. If Pierre-Henri Laval had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ghislain Regent recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 82 minutes, Hocine Verbeke mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Toulouse and the Vicoigne players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 82nd match minute, Toulouse was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hocine Verbeke to maneuver through the defense. If Gregory Penet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Gregory Penet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vicoigne's supporters rose to their feet, but Gregory Penet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernand Acher breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ghislain Regent struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Faustin Liagre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Toulouse. Toulouse's Fernand Acher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacques Gobillot in the 97th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Toulouse had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
