Lucien Hoffmann was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Pierre-Henri Laval capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lucien Hoffmann was a little too slow when Ghislain Regent got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 2-0. In a very dangerous position, a player in Toulouse fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Corbehem a penalty, 30 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Honore Kauffmann, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Toulouse's Fernand Acher. 2-1. Pierre-Henri Laval sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucien Hoffmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre-Henri Laval in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Corbehem's goalkeeper Lucien Hoffmann, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Ghislain Regent ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucien Hoffmann was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Lucien Hoffmann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ghislain Regent in the 46th minute. After 48 minutes Corbehem's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Georges Boquet who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Toulouse's corner Georges Boquet fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Lucien Hoffmann quite easily take care of the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joffrey Dhainaut stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54thth minute of the game Joffrey Dhainaut who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Toulouse's Fernand Acher was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The long shot by Manuel Schaub in the 59th minute really tested Fernand Acher's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The supporters of Toulouse booed when Corbehem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilien Rullier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pierre-Henri Laval fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucien Hoffmann having to interfere. If Joffrey Dhainaut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Corbehem's Joffrey Dhainaut in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Toulouse's goalie prevented a goal. After 78 minutes, Pierre-Henri Laval mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Toulouse and the Corbehem players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pierre-Henri Laval kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Emilien Rullier struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Fernand Acher didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corbehem. Joffrey Dhainaut fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernand Acher having to interfere. Lucien Hoffmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierre-Henri Laval, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pierre-Henri Laval recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Corbehem's Lucien Hoffmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pierre-Henri Laval in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Ghislain Regent got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
