Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Alexandre Kiffer started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 5 minutes into the match, Alexandre Kiffer dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nathan Augustine, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Chevroz's Hector Vert got a free kick in the 8th minute. Gaetan Chabalier came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Chevroz's Rachid Croissant. But to his dismay, Rachid Croissant quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Nathan Augustine was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Octave Lottin. Nathan Augustine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Kiffer in the 23rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ryan Barot in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gaetan Chabalier saved Rots from getting behind. A collision led to Rots getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Geoffroy Astie hit a great ball. Rachid Croissant fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaetan Chabalier having to interfere. Chevroz's Rachid Croissant got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Raoul Coiffard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute, Ryan Barot left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chevroz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ryan Barot to strike the kick off in the second half. Alexandre Kiffer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nathan Augustine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Kiffer in the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute Rots were awarded a corner. Axel Montel went to the cornerflag to take it. Raoul Coiffard took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nathan Augustine. Nathan Augustine dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Gaetan Chabalier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryan Barot in the 66th minute of play. Rachid Croissant sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexandre Kiffer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathan Augustine having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Rachid Croissant managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chevroz's supporters rose to their feet, but Rachid Croissant was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaetan Chabalier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Chevroz's Hector Vert got a free kick in the 85th minute. Nathan Augustine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raoul Coiffard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 98 minutes into the match, Alexandre Kiffer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nathan Augustine. Chevroz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexandre Kiffer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the Chevroz players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Rots.
