Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Henri Sy took the kick off in the first half of the match. Carvin's Henri Sy got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Steven Christen came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Carvin's Lorenzo Fauchet. But to his dismay, Lorenzo Fauchet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Mathieu Bouret had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 14 minutes, Jean-Michel Cagnon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Castellar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jean-Michel Cagnon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jean-Michel Cagnon in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valentin Vie prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 17th minute Lorenzo Fauchet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steven Christen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henri Sy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Steven Christen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lorenzo Fauchet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Henri Sy came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Carvin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henri Sy couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathieu Bouret in the 26th minute of play forced Carvin's goalkeeper Valentin Vie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Carvin getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Charlie Lefrancois hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute Mathieu Bouret shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Vie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Jean-Michel Cagnon fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Valentin Vie, passed just outside the right post. If Jean-Michel Cagnon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mathieu Bouret received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Valentin Vie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jean-Michel Cagnon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Steven Christen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henri Sy in the 45th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mathieu Bouret made a kick off. Jean-Michel Cagnon might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valentin Vie. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jean-Michel Cagnon ran back to his position shaking his head. Lorenzo Fauchets short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Steven Christen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Henri Sy came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Carvin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henri Sy couldn't finish the play. Sylvain Krawczyk kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Castellar's goal looked a bit too open when Henri Sy came free, but Steven Christen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 75 played minutes Castellar got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Michel Cagnon. Jean-Michel Cagnon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valentin Vie stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jean-Michel Cagnon's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. With a little luck, Castellar's Steven Christen got control of the ball when Lorenzo Fauchet tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mathieu Bouret fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Vie having to interfere. Castellar's Mathieu Bouret managed to work through Carvin's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Mathieu Bouret dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Carvin had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
