Edmond Briançon didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute, Edmond Briançon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Batiste Deregnaucourt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 11 minutes of play, Pouyau's Franz Demailly made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pouyau's Franz Demailly got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Batiste Deregnaucourt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Requier having to interfere. When Franz Demailly came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Pouyau fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franz Demailly couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Pibrac getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Harry Houée hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Darren Canton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspard Defontaine in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Raphaël Banse fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 59th match minute, Pibrac was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspard Defontaine to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the game, Batiste Deregnaucourt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pouyau's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pibrac the free kick. Batiste Deregnaucourt kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Patrick Requier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franz Demailly, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pouyau were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Pibrac for a fine match.
