The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 played minutes Moineville got a freekick which was hit by Etienne Sonnet. In the 24th minute Mathis Loaec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehdi Jousset saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mathis Loaec in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mehdi Jousset saved Giragoutte from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathis Loaec in the 33rd minute of play forced Giragoutte's goalkeeper Mehdi Jousset to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brice Perroux came free with the goalkeeper in the 38th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Karl Hennebert could save by the left post. Brice Perroux could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Karl Hennebert made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Mathis Loaec managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moineville's supporters rose to their feet, but Mathis Loaec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mehdi Jousset breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erwin Saint-Pierre kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. If Aime Ouvrard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Barthélémy Dumoulin to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Giragoutte booed when Moineville was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean Villa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kylian Libert hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Aime Ouvrard struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Mehdi Jousset didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moineville. Mathis Loaec blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mehdi Jousset having to make a save. Mathis Loaec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Brice Perroux fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Giragoutte's protests and gave Brice Perroux a yellow card for diving instead. Brice Perroux kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute Mathis Loaec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehdi Jousset saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aime Ouvrard who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Mehdi Jousset when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 90 minutes into the match, Giragoutte's goalkeeper Mehdi Jousset had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aime Ouvrard. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Giragoutte's goalkeeper Mehdi Jousset, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Moineville's Mathis Loaec got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Giragoutte had won after a very even match.
